Had a really intermittent issue with my '22 Jeep Gladiator that sometimes even locked me out of driving or even starting it. JD & crew took the time to finally uncover the problem and fix it (going on a week & 300+ miles now w/o an issue). Really, really happy with their efforts. The previous shop just said "Sorry, can't fix it if it's not broken when we're working on it". But the guys at Assured kept at it and finally found the transmission connection that was causing the problem. I can't overstate this... These people know what they're doing and are easy to deal with. You can't ask for more than that.

Brought my Tesla here and was the first time I brought it somewhere other than Tesla and I Loved everything about this place. Everyone kept me updated with constant feedback and waited for me to approve any work. Thank you for taking care of my car!

Carlos road-tested my 4-runner and diagnosed a tire problem.  No service charge.  They offered and I decided to get tires from them rather than my usual tire outlet store.  JD recommended an alternative to my standard equipment tire and at a competitive price.  Never had a smoother, quieter, more comfortable ride as a result.  During the two-hour servicing, I sat in the office and observed the staff deal with walk-ins and phone calls--pleasant, knowledgeable, courteous, top-notch.  My servicing technician left a thank-you note in my vehicle--nice touch.  A few days later, I received a thank-you note by mail from Brin--the big guy.  I like to go where I'm appreciated and ASSURED Auto Works is the place.  These guys were so nice, they even allowed me to buy them lunch.  

Assured Auto Works is tucked into a industrial park in NE Melbourne. The facility, including the garage, is immaculate. JD, who was working the 'front desk', was very friendly and welcoming, explained what was being done to my 2021 Chevy Equinox, and put the car's stats into their database so that all future work would be tracked and tallied completely. I left feeling as though I had made a friend and found an outstanding auto shop to keep my car going for the foreseeable future.

I decided to try this auto shop to replace a CV axle that had been damaged, so I stopped by to chat with them and make an appointment. They have a system that sends appointment reminders, and when you bring your vehicle and check in they make an assessment and send you an inspection report with photos , written recommendations, and estimates of the work needed, allowing the customer to approve any work to be done. They took their time to evaluate and work the issue, and although that takes more time up front, it gave me the confidence that the recommendations were accurate and work was being done right. The problem was fixed, and the price was reasonable.

Extremely knowledgeable and up to date on latest vehicle technology. Efficiently diagnosed and corrected my vehicles issues and got me back on the road with confidence .
