I was recommended to go to this shop even from another mechanic. They did amazing work and Carlos the tech working on my vehicle even came out to speak to me one to one and explain how even though the quote seemed worrying for price he would be able to have the job done very well and save me some money. That all came true and I made sure to express my deep appreciation and that if anything need be, I will be back for them to take care of my car, they have my trust.

JD was awesome. Scheduled warranty work for a 2015 Mini Cooper and he straight up told me that he could do it, but another repair shop specializing in European cars would probably be able to do it quicker and better. It feels like a rarity finding an auto shop with integrity and I'd have no issues bringing another vehicle to Assured Auto Works for future vehicle repairs.

Brought in my VW Passat to be honest,to see if I get a better price than dealer,I let them examine the dealership findings,they were consistent,I went with one of the repairs and that put a smile on my face,as it instantly put my sport mode back on(Shifter cable) and at a price I was comfortable paying. I will be going back again,the short walk on the red carpet is a nice touch.

If not covered under a new car warranty, this is where I take my cars for service and repairs. Why? Because starting with the initial phone call and throughout the process -- to include appointment reminders, friendly greetings at check-in, clean waiting area, effective explanations of work accomplished or to-be-done, pricing, and follow-ups to ensure that the customer (me) is happy with the work. And then there is the knowledgeable, certified staff doing the work. The result? A 5-Star review. Hey, it's not easy to find a reputable business for car repairs. If you're looking for one, give Assured Auto Works a try.

I don't know much about fixing cars. All I know is I was quoted to pay $2000 dollars for a repair that I approved. After they did the repair, I was told that the car needed another repair that would add another $3000 dollars to the bill. I bought this 2014 Chevy Cruze for $6500 and now you are basically asking me to pay for the car again. Had I known that the full repair was going to be a total of $5000 from the beginning, I would have never agreed to the earlier repairs. Now I'm down $2000 dollars, the car still doesn't work, and I'm basically forced to buy a new car. Ps: I will leave proof of the whole process through screenshots. You be the judge of what happened.

Jose, I understand your frustration. You brought the vehicle in for an overheat concern. We determined that the engine overheated because a heater hose had ruptured which caused the the engine coolant to leak out. When engines are overheated, damage can occur. We do our best to determine if damage occurred but when there's a leak in the engines cooling system, any test that we perform can be inconclusive. We did make you aware of this before the leak repairs were approved. This is what we mentioned and what was noted on your repair order. NOTE: Any type of overheating scenario can cause internal engine damage including, but not limited to, cylinder head gasket perforation and/or cylinder head warp-age. Oftentimes, the evidence for damage is obvious. However, it can sometimes be subtle, with symptoms not arising until some time after the incident. Jose is advised that if any symptoms do arise, such as overheating, drive-ability issues, and/or smoke from the exhaust, to return to the shop as soon as possible for further testing. Before you approved the repairs, you were made aware that there still could be unrecognized damage. Most of the time, repairing the leak is all that is needed, but sometimes, if the engine was severely overheated, unrecognizable damage can occur. We are very sorry that this occurred, but we are very thorough with our assessments and with making sure that our clients are aware of any complications before repairs are made.
