Got my tire ordered and charged fast! Will be coming back for future repairs

If not covered under a new car warranty, this is where I take my cars for service and repairs. Why? Because starting with the initial phone call and throughout the process -- to include appointment reminders, friendly greetings at check-in, clean waiting area, effective explanations of work accomplished or to-be-done, pricing, and follow-ups to ensure that the customer (me) is happy with the work. And then there is the knowledgeable, certified staff doing the work. The result? A 5-Star review. Hey, it's not easy to find a reputable business for car repairs. If you're looking for one, give Assured Auto Works a try.

I don't know much about fixing cars. All I know is I was quoted to pay $2000 dollars for a repair that I approved. After they did the repair, I was told that the car needed another repair that would add another $3000 dollars to the bill. I bought this 2014 Chevy Cruze for $6500 and now you are basically asking me to pay for the car again. Had I known that the full repair was going to be a total of $5000 from the beginning, I would have never agreed to the earlier repairs. Now I'm down $2000 dollars, the car still doesn't work, and I'm basically forced to buy a new car. Ps: I will leave proof of the whole process through screenshots. You be the judge of what happened.

Recently had some work done on our Subaru Ascent and everyone at Assured Auto Works is top notch! You can trust these people. JD at the front is professional and courteous. Carlos was our technician that took care of the work seamlessly. Turn around time was amazing and attention to detail and care for our car was stellar. Had a really intermittent issue with my '22 Jeep Gladiator that sometimes even locked me out of driving or even starting it. JD & crew took the time to finally uncover the problem and fix it (going on a week & 300+ miles now w/o an issue). Really, really happy with their efforts. The previous shop just said "Sorry, can't fix it if it's not broken when we're working on it". But the guys at Assured kept at it and finally found the transmission connection that was causing the problem. I can't overstate this... These people know what they're doing and are easy to deal with. You can't ask for more than that.

Brought my Tesla here and was the first time I brought it somewhere other than Tesla and I Loved everything about this place. Everyone kept me updated with constant feedback and waited for me to approve any work. Thank you for taking care of my car!
